  Accounts Executive 
  Key Responsibilities 
 Handle full sets of accounts.
 Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
 Prepare the monthly financial and management reports within the stipulated timeline.
 Prepare monthly management / financial reports with analysis against budget
 Prepare audit schedules and handle/liaise queries from auditors for yearly statutory audit and periodic internal audit
 Prepare quarterly accounts for GST submission to IRAS
 Prepare Tax Computation for clients on half yearly basis
 Involve in budget preparation.
 Arrears Management.
  Requirements 
 Relevant certification in Accounting with minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
 Proficiency in Accpac and knowledge in any other accounting software an added advantage
