            Responsibilities  Responsible for the monthly financial closing processes and preparation and review of monthly/periodic management reports 
Responsible for the preparation, review and follow of balance sheet reconciliations 
Preparation of quarterly statements / year-endstatutory reports and preparing of tax computation 
Assist in the preparation of forecasts andbudget 
Ensure proper internal controls are in place andbeing complied 
Assist with any other ad hoc projects asassigned by Finance Manager/Financial Controller 
 Requirements  Minimum Degree in Accountancy or ACCA or itsequivalent 
5 years of relevant experience preferably in construction industryand experience with managing a team of accounts staff 
Experience in working in Xero integrated system environment
