Manage a high-volume monthly close across multiple divisions simultaneously, including preparation and review of journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules with hard deadlines each periodServe as the first level of review for staff accountant work product, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policy before escalation to the Regional ControllerPerform monthly account analysis and roll-forwards of selected general ledger accounts to ensure balances properly reflect the Company’s financial position in accordance with company policyReview ledger detail, record adjusting journal entries, and prepare supporting schedules for financial statementsSupport division communication and relationship management for an assigned group of divisions, handling day-to-day correspondence and resolving open items throug...
