Our client is a growing Health Tech organization seeking a Senior Accountant (Payroll) to support payroll accounting, employment tax compliance, and complex compensation programs across multiple entities. This role will lead the implementation of a new multi-entity payroll system and drive integration with the HRIS platform, partnering closely with Finance and HR teams. The ideal candidate brings strong payroll accounting expertise, systems implementation experience, and a passion for building scalable, compliant processes in a fast-paced environment.

Core Accounting & Month-End Close
Own payroll journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations as part of the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycle.
