To independently manage core cluster finance functions including closing, MIS, operational finance, and stakeholder coordination, while driving accuracy, insights, and process efficiency. Acts as a bridge between business, finance manager, and shared services.
Key Responsibilities Financial Closing & Control - Lead monthly book closing activities for the cluster.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financials by coordinating with Shared Services (GL team).
- Review accruals, provisions, and adjustments before finalization.
- Monitor closing timelines and accelerate delays proactively.
MIS & Financial Reporting - Prepare and review monthly MIS packs with detailed variance analysis.
- Deliver meaningful financial commentary on:
- Revenue trends (hospital & clinic level)
- Cost drivers and margin movements
