            Responsibilities  Check and post Accounts Receivable rece  ptions and Accounts Payable payments 
Prepare intercompany and related company billing 
Perform reconciliation of intercompany balances and transactions 
Maintain of Fixed Asset / Hire Purchase / Term Loan / Prepayment schedules 
Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow statement / report 
Maintain and update unbilled revenue report 
Perform yearly stock‑taking and reconciliation of stock value 
Post General Ledger transactions 
Prepare, check and submit GST report (by quarter) 
Prepare and submit invoice financing to bank 
Prepare and post employee reimbursements and petty cash claims 
Post monthly credit card transactions 
Ensure all timely payment of expenses (Account Payable) and receipts of Accounts Receivables 
Ensure proper supporting documents are maintained for all transactions
