What you’ll be doing:

• Processing weekly and monthly payrolls for all PRG staff
• Processing weekly invoices for all PRG Clients in Xero
• Payroll Reconciliations to Invoices and time billed
• Data entry of payroll information
• Timesheet billing and management
• Receivables processing
• Handle employee payroll related queries and respond to payroll enquiries
• Processing of invoices (Sales/Purchases) to accounting software (i.e. Xero)
• Bank Reconciliations and Credit Card Management
• Wages and Super Payable Reconciliation
• BAS preparation and reconciliation
• Payroll Tax Reconciliation and split
