Job Summary: Support the Financial Accountant in achieving KPI targets and strategic goals. Responsible for AP invoice booking, payments processing, reconciliation, and month-end closing activities.
Key Responsibilities: - Book Trade/Non-Trade Payables with correct GL and analytical codes
- Process timely and accurate payments, avoiding double-payments
- Perform account allocation and maintain clean PTP balances
- Liaise with Master Data and SLO for supplier and payment details
- Reconcile vendor statements and ensure aged items are followed up
