Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers, acting as their main point of contact.
Identify new opportunities within existing clients and actively pursue new business to grow revenue.
Develop account plans that align client needs with Datacentrix’s solutions and long-term business goals.
Work closely with internal technical teams to design and present tailored solutions across Cloud, Security, Networking, Data Centre, and Managed Services.
Lead commercial discussions and negotiations to ensure fair, value-driven agreements.
Keep track of client satisfaction by monitoring service delivery, resolving any issues quickly, and making sure expectations are met.
Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to strengthen client relationships and identify areas for further collaboration.
