Manage own portfolio, including international key accounts, in autonomy and ensure client engagement through high level of customer service and satisfaction

Conduct negotiations, renewals, and amendments with brokers and clients.

Oversee day-to-day account operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests and transactions.
Organize price sheets, signed contract documents for seamless implementation of policies
Build strong commercial relationships with brokers to ensure their consistent engagement
