  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all clients on account management matters. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with clients and employees.
  • Developing a technical understanding of our clients#39; product offerings and roles.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
 
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to the internal team and clients.
  • Develop well-researched marketing plans/proposals for clients
  • Prepare monthly reports on account status on a timely basis.
  • Monitor the project team to ensure the project is going well.
