Senior Account Director (SAD) leads and provides strategic direction for large client accounts or groups of client accounts in excess of £400K revenue, ensuring they are profitable and growing.
The role is responsible for driving growth and future project planning with the client as well as the delivery of quality work that meets the client’s needs, accurately addresses the brief, and ensures the project is delivered on time and on budget. They do so through effective management of their own team, setting team priorities and managing resources, and through their ability to develop strong client relationships and to lead and inspire others inside and outside the agency.
