These schools are doing amazing work with pupils who have autism, SEMH, PMLD and complex needs—and they’re looking for kind, capable Teaching Assistants to join their team.
Your Role Could Include
Supporting children 1:1 or in small groupsHelping with communication tools and sensory regulationCreating calm, structured learning environmentsWorking alongside SENCOs, therapists, and familiesUsing (or training in) trauma-informed and de-escalation strategies What We’re Looking For
