We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team, working within a KS2 classroom to provide targeted support to a small group of learners with additional needs .

This is a full-time role for a passionate individual who is committed to helping children thrive both academically and emotionally, and who understands the importance of inclusive, child-centred practice.

Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEND in a KS2 setting
• Support learners with a range of additional needs, including behavioural challenges
• Implement behaviour support strategies in line with school policies and individual plans
• Work closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and wider staff team
