SEN Teaching Assistant – Gravesend

Full‑time – £92.56‑£100 per day – Immediate start – Temp‑to‑perm

Overview

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with children with Special Educational Needs in a range of primary schools across the Gravesend area.

Responsibilities

• Support children with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
• Work with a range of SEN needs including SEMH, ASD, ADHD and Behavioural needs.
• Assess pupils’ progress and discuss development with teachers, parents/carers and external agencies as required.
• Undertake CPD as needed, including accreditation where appropriate.

Requirements

• Experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
• Holding a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable but not essential.
