We’re working with a welcoming specialist setting looking for a caring and committed SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with additional needs. You’ll be helping create a calm, structured environment where every child feels safe, supported, and ready to learn.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Helping with routines, learning, and emotional regulation
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff
• Creating a positive, nurturing classroom space

What we’re looking for

• Experience with SEND, or a genuine passion to learn
• A calm, patient approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
