About the Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils with a range of additional learning needs access education in a safe, structured, and positive setting. You will play a key role in supporting learning, behaviour, communication, and personal development.
Key Responsibilities
Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groupsAssist with delivering tailored learning activitiesHelp implement individual education plans (IEPs)Promote positive behaviour and emotional regulationSupport pupils with communication and social developmentWork collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and familiesContribute to creating a safe, inclusive classroom environment About You
