A friendly and inclusive primary school in Didcot is looking to appoint a dedicated SEN TA to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children with additional needs and helping them thrive both academically and personally.

The successful SEN TA will work closely with class teachers and the wider support staff to deliver tailored interventions and ensure pupils are fully supported in their learning journey.

About the Role

As a SEN TA, you will support pupils with a range of special educational needs, working on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. You will play an important role in creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment where every child can succeed.
