Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs Provision

Due to the expansion of our Secondary Complex Needs Provision, The Park Academies Trust is seeking several exceptional and motivated Teaching Assistant to join our new Complex Needs team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a Trust that genuinely values its staff and offers a highly supportive working environment.

Location: Based at The Deanery CE Academy 

Salary range: Trust grade 1-7 (£24,522 - £25,600 FTE) (£18,440 - £19,250 pro rata actual salary) - depending on experience 

Hours:32.5 per week Monday - Friday (Term time only)

Start date: September 2026
