Timeplan is partnering with a large SEN school in Harrow to recruit child support workers. The role is full‑time, long‑term and paid through the agency. The school serves students aged 2‑19 with EHCPs for PMLD, Autism (ASD) and other complex needs, focusing on academic success and independence in a nurturing environment.
• Provide 1:1 support to a class of 4‑6 pupils, working within age‑group based classes with varying abilities, including non‑verbal learners.
• Deliver personal care and support, requiring competence in manual handling.
• Apply training in tracheostomy and PEG feeding where needed; formal training will be provided.
• Foster student independence and social skills in a fun and therapeutic setting.
