  • Manage existing corporate accounts in Singapore and other countries.

  • Continuously obtain and analyze semiconductor market intelligence to identify new business opportunities.

  • Obtain and define customer requirements and execute all account management activities

  • Work closely with factory, operations and logistics department to ensure customer scheduled date is achieved.

  • Negotiate with customers on price, lead time and other business deals.

  • Resolve technical service issues between factory and customers promptly and efficiently;

  • Support teams’ pre-sales and post-sale activities.

  • Proactive on Singapore Customs related matters, including bulk permit renewal, and attending strategic goods export control seminars.
