Job Responsibilities - Perform basic troubleshooting and debugging of semiconductor equipment and tool‑related issues.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance activities according to established procedures.
- Support equipment installation, modification, upgrade, and improvement projects.
- Monitor equipment performance and assist in identifying root causes of equipment issues.
