Key Responsibilities - Develop, design, and optimise process integration flow for silicon-based photonics devices.
- Design of Experiments (DOE) to optimise critical process parameters (throughput, yield, etc.).
- Collaborate with devices, integration, equipment, and reliability teams to enhance process capability.
- Drive technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing with optimised process windows.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
