Role Overview

We are offering experienced, CIPD‑qualified HR Professionals an opportunity to build their own HR consultancy under the Our HR People franchise brand. You will run your own business, manage your work/life balance, and deliver tailored HR advice to employers across all sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow a client network for the franchise.
• Prioritise clients’ needs and deliver strong professional consulting services.
• Utilise provided marketing, training, and reporting tools (iReport) to generate new business.
• Participate in monthly team meetings and one‑to‑one business support sessions.
• Maintain compliance with the BFA Code of Practice and relevant legislation (ERA 2025).
