Key Responsibilities

• Provide commercially sound, tailored HR advice to employers of all sizes across all sectors.
• Build and grow a business by networking and prioritising client needs.
• Deliver strategic HR consulting, leadership development, and organisational development services.
• Maintain high professional consulting standards and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications

• Seasoned HR Specialist, HR Director or similar experience.
• CIPD qualified.
• Authorised to live and work in the UK.
• Strong commercial focus and entrepreneurial drive.
