            Key Duties Supervise, guide, and support Security Officers in their daily duties. 
Ensure all officers are familiar with the site layout, facilities, and emergency points. 
Maintain accurate daily records, logs, and shift handover reports. 
Conduct regular patrols, spot checks, and performance monitoring of officers and premises. 
Manage, coordinate, and guide Security Officers in handling all incidents correctly according to SOPs. 
Conduct emergency response drills and train officers on correct emergency procedures. 
Carry out basic investigations and interviews related to site incidents when required. 
Perform daily safety and physical hazard inspections of the premises. 
Monitor CCTV and fire alarm systems and ensure officers are trained to use them properly. 
Assist visitors, employees, and occupants during emergencies and incidents.
