Security & Resilience Coordinator
This temporary assignment (valid until 30 June 2027) delivers first‑line security and resilience services in New Zealand and overseas. The role coordinates clearance and access card processes, manages the security or resilience mailbox, supports reporting and risk assessments, helps set up the Emergency Coordination Centre, and maintains key security systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the Ministry's clearance processes and access card procedures.
- Manage the security or resilience mailbox, ensuring that responses are appropriate and timely.
- Coordinate reporting, risk assessments and key operational documents.
- Assist with the stand‑up of the Emergency Coordination Centre and undertake logistics during the early stages of a crisis.
- Assist with the maintenance of key security systems and practices in New Zealand.
