Key Responsibilities:
+ Supervise and coordinate all event security operations across the Coliseum.
+ Lead pre-event planning and security briefings with staff, vendors, and/or public safety partners.
+ Oversee guest screening procedures and access control at all entry points.
+ Monitor crowds and ensure proper flow, especially during high-attendance events.
+ Respond to and manage incidents, altercations, or medical emergencies with professionalism and composure.
+ Protect event participants, livestock, and property by maintaining a strong security presence in and around the arena.
+ Maintain detailed logs and incident reports for management and authorities as needed.
+ Conduct routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards or security concerns.
+ Train, mentor, and schedule usher personnel to meet event-specific needs.
