Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert in cyber security incident handling for the team.
• Ensure security incidents are prioritized correctly and handled in a manner reflecting their priority.
• Assign tasks necessary for verification, mitigation, remediation, and reporting of security incidents to SIRCC analysts and monitor progress.
• Coordinate the handling of higher‑priority incidents as regions go offline and come online in a follow‑the‑sun model with other regional incident coordinators.
