About the role

Location: Auckland City, New Zealand. Full‑time, on site. The Security Guard Site Supervisor is responsible for a team of around 30 security personnel, including four Section Leaders and 20+ indirect reports. The role involves day‑to‑day operational oversight of the security guard force and management of a 24/7 roster at Devonport Naval Base, a large, busy, and dynamic site requiring a leader with a depth of well‑rounded security experience and exceptional interpersonal and motivational skills. No option to work remotely.

Salary: $77,141 to $85,594 inclusive of the 4% employer super contribution plus an additional on‑call/back‑call allowance.
