            Responsibilities  Answertelephone calls to take messages, answer questions, and provideinformation during non-business hours or when switchboard is closed. 
Changing of Visitor and Contractor Passes to Authorize personnel 
Answer to Alarm according to regulations set by the Singapore Civil Defense Force regulations and investigate any disturbances. 
Monitoring of the Closed-circuit television (CCTV), also known as video surveillance in and outside the Premises. 
Issue keys to authorize personnel and record of the key movements 
Call police or fire departments in cases of emergency, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons 
Monitorand authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and otherpersons to guard against theft and maintain security of premises.
