            Responsibilities  Monitor multiple security technologies including SIEM, IDS/IPS, Firewalls, Switches, and VPNs to detect IT security incidents. 
Correlate and analyze events using SIEM tools such as Splunk, LogRhythm, or QRadar. 
Conduct log file analysis and forensic analysis of system resource access. 
Follow operational procedures to analyze, escalate, and assist in the remediation of critical security incidents. 
Respond to inbound technical assistance requests within documented SLAs. 
Document all actions in cases to ensure effective communication with internal teams and customers. 
Maintain high awareness of the current threat landscape and participate in knowledge sharing. 
Work in a rotating shift pattern within a 24/7 operating environment.
