Maximizing related section productivity and driving sales with commercial execution and excellent customer service and satisfaction
Working closely with Store Manager to meet goals within the section, overseeing store inventories for the section, and ensuring the highest level of accuracy
Providing leadership for the section team, implementing and tracking LC Waikiki standards for the section, and inspiring the team to achieve them
Establishing and maintaining high standards of store layout and visual merchandising in line with corporate standards
Requirements
Diplome/Bachelor Degree is a plus
Malaysian citizen only
Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a managerial position
Able to demonstrate financial awareness and a commercial mindset, continuously thinking of ways to drive sales and manage costs
