            Responsibilities Civil Construction Management (LTA Projects) 
Manage and supervise civil works including earthworks, excavation, temporary works, piling, structural concrete, drainage, and road works 
Ensure construction activities, comply with LTA specifications, drawings, method statements, and approved construction sequence 
Coordinate daily site operations to achieve project milestones and section targets 
Safety/Environmental & SCT/LTA Compliance 
Enforce compliance with WSH Act, LTA safety requirements, MOM regulations, and project Safety Management System 
Ensure strict implementation of excavation safety, lifting operations, and traffic safety measures 
Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and ensure timely close-out of safety observations 
Subcontractor & Interface Coordination 
Manage civil subcontractors, suppliers, and site supervisors within assigned section
