Summary The incumbent primarily serves as the administrative coordinator for the Director, Diagnostic Imaging Service (DIS). Incumbent coordinates the activities of the administrative office within VA Puget Sound Health Care System and the Department of Radiology at the University of Washington. Responsibilities Duties include but are not limited to: Provides guidance, access to and assistance with information resources. Schedules meetings as directed and sends notifications of meetings or changes to the appropriate staff members. Composes correspondence for the Director or the department for primarily non-technical material that can be directed to departments, the University of Washington, candidates for positions within the department. Keeps and organizes the calendar of the Director, Diagnostic Imaging and the AO.
