About the Role Our client, a well-established multinational company, is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Secretary / Administrative Officer to support daily office operations and ensure smooth administrative processes. This is a replacement role within a lean and collaborative office environment.
Work Details - Location: West Region (Company transport provided)
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:15am – 5:15pm
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day work-from-home per week)
Key Duties - Manage office administration including schedules, leave records, and shared inbox
- Maintain office assets, inventory, and coordinate IT / facility-related matters
