Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Secondary Teaching Assistants to support schools across the RCT area, including mainstream secondary schools, behaviour provisions, and specialist SEN settings.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people, especially those who may need additional guidance with behaviour or learning needs.

The Role:

Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across KS3–KS5
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
Work with students in mainstream classrooms, behaviour bases, and SEN schools
Support pupils with additional learning needs (ALN), autism, ADHD, and behavioural challenges
Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
