**• 13 Week commitment (1 week Orientation, 12 weeks on the unit)**

**• 12 hr. shifts (36 hrs per week)**

**• $51/hr. plus shift differentials**

**Patient Ratios:**

RN – 1: 3 or 1: 4

Clinical Support – 1: 14/16
