Overview:

This position is responsible for delivering an exceptional golf experience to members and guests with the use of the Kingsmill Resort Service Standards. This position reports to the Director of Golf Operations and Professional Staff.

Responsibilities:

Golf Cart staging, stocking, towing, cleaning and preparing carts for daily play and storage

Directing and assisting guests to golf shop, starter, practice range and first tee

Performing practice range services

Tagging and cleaning golf clubs before placing in storage

Provide members and guests club cleaning post-round

Assisting with cart maintenance responsibilities

Starts players, monitors the pace of play and shuttles players as required

Maintains facility cleanliness in all storage and guest areas of the golf operations

Adhering to policies and procedures and service standards
