**Desk-Reception Guard**

- Meet and greet all employees, contractors, and visitors upon entry to facility.

- Verify proper credentials and document for all visitors entering facility

- Proficiency in Capsure VMS, facility camera systems, and facility badge access system.

- Provide guidance and direction for employee/visitor questions

- Ensure all visitors and contractors have viewed facility visitor safety video

- Answer phones, take and relay messages to appropriate personnel
