Are you experienced in ocean freight export operations and documentation? Join our growing logistics team and play a key role in managing export shipments from documentation through billing and file closure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage House Bills of Lading (HBL) and Master Bills of Lading (MBL)
• Submit Shipping Instructions (SI) and coordinate with carriers, agents, and shippers
• Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and compliance
• Process invoices, billing, and pre-alerts
• Ensure files are maintained, updated, and closed accurately
• Follow international shipping regulations, Incoterms, and internal SOPs

Qualifications:

• Experience in Ocean/Sea Freight Forwarding, preferably in Export Documentation
• Strong understanding of HBL, MBL, and Shipping Instruction processes
