Duties & Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, utensils, pots and kitchen equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the scullery and kitchen area.
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning duties.
- Ensure proper waste disposal procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report shortages.
- Support the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
Experience & Qualification
- National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) advantageous.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or scullery environment preferred.
- Knowledge of hygiene and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good teamwork and reliability.
