SCRUM Masters are also known as guardians of the SCRUM Team. The SCRUM Master is responsible for resolving issues with and controlling SCRUM processes. The SCRUM Master will have to plan, track, report and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress as well as ensure the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration.
