Abacus is looking for a Scrum Master who will be working closely with enterprise clients. You will be given hands‑on exposure to Agile project delivery while working closely with cross‑functional teams and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
• Ensuring adherence to Agile principles and Scrum framework within the team
• Removing impediments and resolving blockers that may impact sprint goals
• Coaching team members on Agile best practices and fostering a collaborative, high‑performance environment
• Working closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
