Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent certification.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification advantageous.

Required Experience

• 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master.
• 3+ years' experience within a telecommunications environment.
• Proven experience delivering OSS/BSS, digital, network, CRM, billing, or integration projects.
• Experience working within Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience managing multi-vendor and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programmes within Mobile Network Operators (MNO) or Mobile Virtual Network Operators (MVNO).
