Qualifications

• 5+ years in agile software development
• Hands-on expertise highly preferred
• Knowledge of CI/CD, test automation, metrics, and DevOps capabilities
• Technical acumen to collaborate with development teams
• 2+ years specifically as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach directly enabling teams
• Applying agile at scale, facilitating events, coaching continuous improvement
• Experience with scaled frameworks like SAFe
• Leading multiple agile release trains
• Managing dependencies and integration points
• Metrics-driven mindset and record of improving outcomes
