Scrum & Agile Facilitation: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Ensure Scrum rules, roles, and values are understood and followed.
Product Owner Support: Support Product Owners in maintaining a well‑groomed and prioritized product backlog. Ensure sprint goals are clearly defined and achievable.
Team Coaching & Enablement: Coach development teams on Agile best practices and self‑organization. Guide teams to improve velocity, quality, and delivery predictability. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration. Mentor team members on Agile mindset beyond ceremonies.
Impediment & Risk Management: Identify, track, and remove blockers impacting team progress. Escalate risks and dependencies in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
