Position Summary Scrum Master II (Reimagine the Bank Program)



As part of the Reimagine the Bank transformation program, this Scrum Master II role will support combined Agile pods spanning Credit Risk Management, Loan Originations, Loan Closing, Booking & Servicing (Loan Operations) within Commercial Banking. This workstream is focused on reimagining the end-to-end commercial lending lifecycle, from underwriting and credit approval through loan closing, booking, servicing, and ongoing portfolio management, with an emphasis on efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.
