            Responsibilities Lead and facilitate core Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. 
Monitor sprint commitments, team velocity, delivery performance metrics, risks, and inter-team dependencies. 
Identify, escalate, and resolve delivery impediments while actively managing cross-team dependencies. 
Develop and maintain delivery plans, RAID logs, and release readiness artifacts. 
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, vendors, architects, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to ensure aligned execution. 
Create and maintain delivery dashboards, status reports, and management-level reporting. 
Support release planning, environment readiness, deployment coordination, and go-live activities. 
Requirements Minimum of 5 years experience as a Scrum Master or Project Coordinator.
