**Detailed description of work task to be carried out**:
Work as a scrum master for two cross functional development teams. Responsible for facilitating relevant seremonies such as daily stand ups, retrospectives, PI Planning e.g. Following up on team deliveries, removing impediments and focusing on continious improvement to ensure fast flow and quality in deliveries. Close collaboration with product owner, team members, other scrum masters and relevante stakeholders.
**Description of knowledge and experience**:
Experienced scrum master
Expertise within agile frameworks, preferably SAFe
Team building and team development knowledge
Good communicator
Great facilitation skills that guides the individuals and teams towards achieving their goals
